ZopoShop.com Pre-Order and how NOT to treat your customers

In early december I pre-ordered the Zopo ZP998 octa core smartphone.
First it was said there will be a free gift package (2 in 1 OTG latest usb,original zopo protect case ,original screen protect film,orignial zopo wrist watch,cable roller,touch pen,lanyard,dust plug) but then they write via mail: 
"for the customers only who paid shipping fee can enjoy gift package,and who choose freeshipping are not included."
 OK, that sucks. But then after several days they drop the next bomb with this mail:
"Dear Fans for pre-order zp998:
we are so honored that you had pre-order our latest new flagship octa-core zp998!
In our first production test,we found that the onboard flash rom of 16GB’s power consumption time is more excellent than 32GB.In order to save convenience for phone software’s storage,we decided to release the first ZP998 with onboard 16GB flash ROM !
Considering the pre order version ROM is 32GB, we will offer external 16GB T flash card as a gift for each phone!
At same time ,it have 50% chance to win your free 16GB memory(TF) card up to32GB
16G(onboard)+32GB(external TF card)= 48GB!!
But this chances only belongs to the customer who has placed pre-order. We will send E-mail to all the pre-order customer whether you get free 16GB T flash card update to 32GB in 25th,Dec!!

we are looking forward to your confirmation regarding how to deal with the pre-order zp998
A. Accept the updated version( 2G RAM+16G ROM with 16GB TF card,get a chance to update 16GB TF card to 32GB!)
B. Disagree and Cancel the order, get refund instead.

I mean come on are you kidding me? What the f....NO thats not what I ordered.
Then I contacted the support via mail and skype, not really getting an answer.
Then on christmas (24.12.) they call me on my phone, with very poor sound and broken english with chinese accent probably a skype call. Couldn't unterstand what she was saying, I just repeated I want my money back, it should take about two days. Now I am waiting for my money back.
If Zoposhop sends me the package that I don't want I will instantly contact Paypal, I warned them already so they can freeze the money if I want so.
